The program operates with an unlimited pool for 2025, allowing publication of articles in both hybrid and GOLD OA journals from CUP.

The program operates from January 1, 2025, with an unlimited pool for 2025.

Open Access Publishing Program under the Taylor & Francis (T&F) Consortium License 2025
The program was launched with a pool of 137 articles.
The program includes all hybrid journals ("Open Select"), see the 2025 list, including the most popular journals additionally listed under the “High Impact” tab.
 

Science Advances Open Access Publishing Program under the National License
The program was launched with a pool of 10 articles for 2025.
The dedicated open-access journal for publication is Science Advances. 
 

International SCOAP³ Program
The program continues without interruption and with no limit on the number of articles.
