Study rooms

The UG Library has Individual Work Rooms (PPI), which are located in the Main Library.

1. Who can use?

Only users affiliated with the University of Gdansk are entitled to use, viz:

• academic employees - max 30 days,
• PhD students - max 14 days,
• students - 1 day. 
• In the absence of reservation of the room by other readers, the rental period can be extended.

2. What should you remember?

• in PPI you can work during the opening hours of the library.
• you can use all works belonging to the UG Library (with the exception of documents from the Special Collections Branch) and your own materials.
• materials from the reading and lending rooms that are not on the reader's account must be returned the same day before the library closes.
